Full Description:

Our client is looking for a Software Engineer to work in their office in Dundee. You will be responsible for creating financial applications that include web portal applications to assist in the management of self service devices.

You will contribute to the development of Web/Application Servers on the JBoss, and Tomkat platforms.
You will Participates in process or architectural discussions
Provide input to requirements analysis
Identify technology to provide product/process stability or improvement
Conduct complex feature and/or system integration tests

Ideal Skills
Should be strong in J2EE Object Oriented analysis and design
Development of Web/Application Servers: JBoss, Tomcat, Weblogic
Development of AJAX applications, primarily in Java environments
Data mining/OLAP
Evaluates complex situations using multiple sources of information
Proficient in automated unit test development practices and design methodologies
Experience with Adobe Flex, SPRING and Google Web Toolkit also an added advantage
