Our clients are an International Retail Financial Services Organisation based in Stirling. Our clients have a household name and are synonymous with saving for the future.
Experience & Qualifications -
We are looking for a Project Administrator to carry out the following duties - Understanding of Prince2 or generic project management methodology - (Desirable) - Booking of travel and hotels
Taking minutes and distributing - Producing ad-hoc and maintaining excel reports - Creating PowerPoint presentations - Updating and collating project risks and issues - Creating and maintaining project newsletter - Any other ad-hoc general admin requests.
This would be a good opportunity for an individual, who has either limited project background, or a strong administrator, who is looking to gain experience in a Project environment. Anticipate a requirement between 2-3 months.
Pay rate will be £7.50-£10.00 per hour, dependent on the individuals experience, start date from the 22nd September. 7.5 hours per day, 5 days per week (mon-fri).
