A major housing provider based in Dundee urgently requires an experienced housing professional to assist in managing the Advice & Information function of their service.
The rolewill cover a wide variety of areas including:
- Effective management of the reception facility
- Provide advice, support and assistance to front line staff on a range of housing issues and where required, deal with complex cases and enquiries
- Ensure the provision of appropriate advice & information to the highest standards on all matters related to the services e.g.housing benefit, payment methods, lettings, tenancy conditions, repairs etc.
- Assist in carrying out the signing-up process for new tenants
- Supervising all functions attributable to cash collection and petty cash
You will be expected to haveexperience of both working within a housing environment and of managing a team.
