Experiencing year on year growth they are looking for an ambitious software engineer to join their ever growing team. EXPERIENCE
We require an experienced Support Engineer who will have worked on at least one major project.
You will be working on 1st line issues via telephone and e-mail across multiple offices in mainland Europe with a particular focus on supporting the French sales team. The majority of your time will be focused on supporting customers with the installation and configuration of software, and the investigation and verification of defects and liaison with the development team in the UK to ensure a swift resolution.
