Job Description

TEMPORARY ADMINISTRATOR REQUIRED FOR HOLIDAY COVER, £8.00PH, MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK FROM 6TH JULY-17TH JULY

Do you have strong administration skills, an excellent telephone manner and the ability to work on your own initiative? Are you available for work from the 6th July to the 17th July inclusive?

Working within my clients offices based within the Dundee Technology Park you will be responsible for a wide range of duties including

Answering incoming telephone calls Covering diverted calls from the Glasgow switchboard over lunches etc Filing and mail duties Data entry and copy typing

In order to be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate excellent administration skills along with a confident telephone manner. Also you must be available to work from 6th - 17th July with no holidays etc.

Hours of work are Monday-Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm
