Job Description

Quality Manager Scotland- 35-40k

Medical or Automotive background FMEA APQP

You must have TS 16949 and ISO 13485. You will be maintaining the integrity of the Quality Management System through planning internal audits to satisfy the requirements of ISO9001:2000, ISO14001:2004, Automotive TS 16949:2002 & Medical 13485. You will be managing the Quality Department and responsible for the following; QC activities and close liaison between, R&D, production & logistics operations and customer technical support Setting, agreeing & monitoring of key performance indicators. Supervision of Quality Engineer and Inspectors PPAP coordination & submission APQP Team Member along with Manufacturing Manager Maintaining calibration & MSA activities Maintaining records of inspection & test including Initial sample Inspection reports, SPC & process capability. Nonconformance handling and corrective action verification & close-out. Document & Data Control Integrity (liaison with R&D) Planning and organising Quality departmental training needs Sign off Verification and Validation plans Facilitating and partaking Design and Process FMEA\'s Lead role in continuous improvement activities & FMEA coordinator Liaising with suppliers and customers (quality related matters).

Additional responsibilities will include:- Acting as H&S Representative, Liaison with 3rd Party Registration Bodies & Customer Audit Requirements. Supplier Audit & Approval.
