World Class Hotel Require - Chef de Partie - Read on and apply now!
This majestic hotel is set in the grounds of a breathtaking estate! Nestled in the most beautiful Perthshire countryside. The property boasts fabulous leisure and sporting facilities. This hotel offers an eclectic choice of eating venues which have been awarded with the highest accolades available to establishments in the country! This is a great opportunity to work in world class kitchen with inspiring and professional chefs at the top of their game.
The duties of this Chef de Partie position will include:
* Maintaining the establishments excellent standards
* Working to Michelin Star Standards
* Working effectively as part of the kitchen brigade
* Working on all sections of the kitchen as required by the Head Chef
* Monitoring stock and controlling costs
* Working to a high standard at all times
* Keen eye for detail
The Working pattern for this position will be five days out of seven.
Candidates for this position must have a solid experience at Chef de Partie level in high end establishments, preferably with Michelin star or multiple rosette kitchens Applicants must be willing to learn and develop their skills in a new environment. Chefs must have the confidence and skill to run their own station. You must be able to demonstrate a real passion for food and take pride in your work.
