As the Branch Manager you will be responsible for a cluster of branches within the Aberdeen area, ensuring all branches are achieving and exceeding service, sales and control targets by managing, coaching and motivating the branch team to deliver outstanding customer service. You also ensure the branch team delivers results whilst following the Bank's service and sales processes and procedures. The role will also involve coaching and training to build professionalism and knowledge. You will also be responsible for inducting new staff and supporting their development, and managing the resourcing of the branch to make sure it is working to maximum capacity to provide excellent customer service. This will be achieved through regular meetings with the team to encourage and motivate them, thus ensuring that sales opportunities and customer service are optimised. EXPERIENCE Sales team management experience is essential, preferably within retail banking or financial services, although strong career minded managers from a sales background may also be considered. The successful candidate must have experience in leading, motivating and influencing a sales team. You will also be passionate about providing a world class level of service and have the ability to lead from the front.
