Full Description:
A significant opportunity has arisen for an experienced Architectural Technician to join an established medium sized Architectural private practice based in East Fife. Offering a competitive salary tailored to your level of experience, pension contribution, excellent holiday entitlement and a flexible working environment within a 37.5 hour week.

Projects are mainly Fife based and generated from local initiatives and organisations. Current projects include new build contemporary residential, residential projects for housing associations, nursing home projects, office developments and self-sufficient/ sustainable architecture. Scheme and feasibility studies involve the redevelopment of dock and the oil refinery and coastal urban regeneration projects.

The practice welcomes new ideas and skills. It is essential that you are experienced as an Architectural Technician, proficient in AutoCAD and that you have skills in project running and team management and mentoring of more junior members of the team. You will also have a full understanding of the UK building process from inception to completion.
