Full Description:
**Our client is looking for a site manager to work on housing and commercial projects in Fife and Dundee area**

Hays construction and property have exclusivity with this well-established client based in Dundee. Involved in a number of new and exciting contracts our client is a regional construction company involved in new build commercial and housing projects as well as high quality refurbishment works.

Due to new sites due to start, our client is looking for a self motivated Site Manager to work on a new housing site near Dunfermline.
The ideal applicant will have experience in managing large scale housing projects and will have a proven track record in completing projects from start to finish and will have excellent customer service dealing with clients, sub contractors and suppliers. Due to the companies diverse range of projects, experience in commercial and/or refurbishment works is also advantage.
