Full Description:
Our client is a leading firm of property and construction consultants with several offices throughout Scotland. Due to steady growth they are now looking to recruit a qualified Architectural Technician with demonstrable industry experience. Offering you a competitive benefits package and salary, healthcare, dental care, end of year discretionary bonus plus 2% additional company bonus.

As Architectural Technician you will be educated to at least HNC standard with a working knowledge of UK building and planning regulations and be proficient AutoCAD software, and be able to work with minimum supervision.
Working from inception to completion workload includes a number of sectors. Involving:

* Healthcare projects (hospital wards, dental units, out reach centre)
* Steading conversions
* New build college development currently at Phase 1
* Educational / mixed use developments at local college
