Our client is a leading firm of property and construction consultants with offices throughout Scotland. Due to steady growth they are looking to recruit a qualified Architectural Technician with demonstrable industry experience. Offering a competitive benefits package and salary, health and dental care, discretionary annual bonus, plus 2% additional company bonus.
Working from inception to completion workload includes a number of sectors.
* Healthcare projects (hospital wards, dental units, out reach centre)
* Steading conversions
* New build college development currently at Phase 1
* Educational / mixed use developments
As Architectural Technician you will be educated to at least HND with a working knowledge of UK building and planning regulations be proficient AutoCAD software, and be able to work with minimum supervision.
