My client is a highly successful Scottish based consultancy who offers their clients a one-stop shop service. They are looking to recruit a building surveyor in order to join their ever-expanding Kirkcaldy office. You can expect a salary in the region of £30,000 however, this is dependant on experience.

Due to this company being a multi-disciplinary practice you can expect to be involved in projects from design stage to completion and hand-over to clients. Your work will involved:
-Producing and reading AutoCAD drawings and design work
-Liaising with clients
-Building Surveys
-Procurement
-Contract Administration
-Project Management
You will be either RICS qualified or working towards your qualification. Additionally, you will have past exposure to building surveying work and also preferably projects from design stage to completion.
Currently this consultancy is running a number of projects, their most complex is a factory conversion into offices in which they are dealing with a 250,000 square foot space. Their work can cover projects across a multitude of sectors including Healthcare, residential, commercial, retail, office space, industrial and education. Since this offices establishment in 2003, their turnover has increased 20% year on year and as a relatively young company provides endless potential for career progression and support.
