Full Description:
Successful Fife based housebuilder specialising in residential developments throughout Fife and east central Scotland is looking to appoint an experienced and well networked Land Manager to head land acquisition of this expanding company. You should ideally have previous experience in locating land both with and without planning consent and be familiar with computer appraisals, development funding, legals and planning legislation. A competitive salary package commensurate with experience is available. This is a brand new role with a small-medium sized Housebuilding company with a current turnover of circa £8-10 million.
