Architectural Technician with demonstrable post-graduate experience is required to join a Major market leading developer based in Dundee.
Client:
My client is one of the top 10 developers in the UK. Over the past 12 years they have acquired numerous other developers and are enjoying steady growth in the UK house building/developer market. They are the largest privately owned Developer in Scotland.
You:
The ideal candidate will have post-graduate experience and it would be advantageous to also have worked previously for another North East developer. Preferably from an architectural background you will also possess managerial skills and a hands on approach. You will be predominantly office based but you will be required to visit sites on a weekly basis.
In return you will be rewarded with a competitive package with salary up to £30,000 with Health-care and pension benefits.
