An opportunity for a Building Services Mechanical Project Engineer to join one of Scotlands fastest growing Building Services Contractor.
This contract is for a 12 week period with a permanent offer on the completion of contract.
With management/supervisory experience and a strong Building Services Mechanical background in particular Heating and Plumbing with a related qualification, you will be based in Dundee at our clients Head Office and overseeing contracts all over Scotland.
This challenging role will involve
- liaising with the Project Manager and other professionals to ensure contracts complete within budget and to standard.
- Organising subcontractors and direct labour, timetabling work schedules etc
- Attending regular client meetings
- Monitoring progress and quality
- Inspecting the works
- Successfully managing mechanical projects from inception to handover
