Full Description:

Our client, a major housing provider based in Perthshire, urgently requires an experienced housing professional to join their team for a period of 3-6 months.

They are looking to employ 2 persons to deliver a housing management and support service to homeless people placed into the temporary accommodation.

The main purpose of the role is:

* To assist the Temporary Accommodation Team with the delivery and management of the temporary accommodation service
* To provide a high quality person centred service to households placed in temporary accommodation
* To assist in the delivery of housing support services to customers living in bed and breakfast and to relocate them to more suitable alternative temporary accommodation
* To undertake weekly monitoring of rent accounts and take action as required for non payment of the monies due.
* Visit tenants regularly to check both their well-being and to make sure they are living within the agreed terms of the occupancy.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum 1 years experience of housing management and knowledge of housing benefits. They should have the ability to deal with residents in an understanding but assertive way. It is essential that you have the ability to deliver a high level of customer care and are an effective oral and written communicator.
