| THE ROLE Site Agent Location: Fife Salary: £31 - 38K (Depending on experience) Benefits Package: Pension, Health Care, Car / Car Allowance THE COMPANY FPSG are currently recruiting an Experienced Site Agent to join one of the UK's largest Civil Engineering main contractors. Our Client has proven and extensive civil engineering and project management skills, delivering engineering excellence through cost-efficient, client focused solutions from minor works through to major infrastructure projects. Main responsibilities associated with the role are to manage & optimise the construction programme, manage & minimise construction costs, manage the client, for current & future opportunities, lead safety management on site for all activities, suppliers & sub-contractors. You will also be required to provide timely & accurate reports, forecasts & budgets for internal purposes and lead, motivate & monitor site team & develop strategy as required. EXPERIENCE The ideal candidate must have general civil engineering experience preferably within major infrastructure works and water treatment works. You will have a solid track record of delivering projects on time to budget and will ideally have some experience working in the public sector and are likely to have an engineering qualification. You will have excellent communication skills as you will have to liaise with the client architects and design team as well as managing sub contractors and colleagues to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the project to bring it to a successful completion.
