Our award-winning Client has an uncompromising and pioneering approach to design and build within the housing industry. The company build high quality houses between the £400,000 & £600,000.
The company pride themselves on building houses of high quality and workmanship and was one of the first companies in Scotland to introduce state of the art electronics in their houses including communicating with your house via your mobile phone.

They are looking for a Site Manager to join their team to work on one of their sites in Kinross-Shire in which the company build 3 units at any one time. They are looking for you to come either from a trades or educational background but must have housing experience. A CITB and/or CSCS card are advantageous. You will have a hands on role within the site instructing trades, procuring materials (from a list of contacts) and will be expected to treat the site as your own business and have an excellent eye for detail and a Site Manager in takes pride and responsibility for the houses you build.

The Site is due to start in about 1 months time and therefore would suite applicant who are on a months notice as well as those who are on a notice period as the successful candidate will be placed on another site until your site is due to start.
