Our client is a Design and Build contractor based in Fife with a turnover of circa £10 million. Due to a retirement they have a rare job opportunity for a Commercial Manager to join their thriving team. The company specialises in Distribution Centres and Warehouses, Recreation Centres,
Commercial Office Buildings, Manufacturing Facilities, Financial Institutions, Healthcare Facilities, Churches and Schools. Projects vary from typical value of £500k up to £4 million. Alongside Quantity Surveying duties such as invoicing, variations and projections you will be involved at senior management meetings and have a real input into the direction of the company and full commercial responsibility.
