AIX Analyst / Administrator - £42K
Location: Dunfermline
Salary: To £42k based on experience
Benefits Package: Good financial services benefits package
THE COMPANY
Our Client is a a national financial services organisation with a rapidly growing branch network across the UK. Due to continued expansion they are expanding their IT division and require a skilled AIX Admin who would also be cross trained in Websphere MQ. This is a new opportunity working on newly implemented technology and offers good career progression as the team is set to grow.
EXPERIENCE
The successful candidate must have a commercial track record in AIX administration.
Strong UNIX scripting skills are essential, and must be demonstrated on your CV.
Your CV must demonstrate at least 2 major commercial roles in AIX administration (Or continuous employment in this role), and you should have a proven commercial track record.
This position is not suitable for a graduate as commercial experience is essential.
It is highly advantageous if you have experience of Middleware Messaging, ideally Websphere MQ. The successful candidate will be trained in this area and will significantly improve their technical experience by doing so.
