Our client has been trading since 1992; during this time the company has established themselves to be a respected medium sized building contractor. The company already have a turnover of approx £18M per annum which is funded of twelve sites at any one time.
The company deal with a range of projects within its homes and main contracting division that carries out contracts for local and central government, housing accusations and commercial organisations. Hospital buildings, medical centres, schools and affordable housing are all types of projects that have recently or soon to be completed.

Due to the Companies constant growth and staff movements, they are looking for a Contracts Manager to join their team.
The successful candidate will have a proven experience as a Contracts Manager and will have knowledge in running both housing and commercial sites from start to finish.
Trade qualifications including CSCS and CITB are also advantageous.
