THE ROLE
Software Development Manager
Location: Dalgety Bay
Salary: to £45k-50k plus superb package

THE COMPANY
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
A strong software development manager with experience in leading small software development teams across multiple locations. The successful candidate should have excellent people management, mentoring and delegation skills, and should be able to demonstrate all of the above on at least 3 major assignments.
It is critical that the successful candidate has extensive hands on experience as this role will involve developing applications for use in the ATM and EPOS field using embedded C and C++. A strong knowledge of object oriented design is a must along with an understanding of real time operating systems. Any knowledge of .NET development would be a distinct advantage as would experience with source code control systems such as CVS or Subversion.
