| A major social housing provider, based in Fife, is urgently looking to secure the services of a Generic Housing Officer on a temporary contract expected to last 3-6 months. This role will cover a wide range of the Housing Management function, including: - Providing advice to tenants on a range of issues, relating the their tenancy and benefits - Providing assistance in regards to debt management - Estate management of a large patch of properties - Voids Management - Managing Rent Arrears for current and former tenants - Anti-Social Behaviour A full drivers licence would be a distinct advantage and an enhanced disclosure is a requirement for the role (Hays will do this for you at no cost to yourself if you do not possess one).
