EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
The successful candidate must be a CeMAP qualified Mortgage Adviser with excellent questioning, listening and sales management skills. Well developed interpersonal and communication skills and a strong drive to satisfy customer needs and exceed sales targets is desirable. In return for your performance against targets and excellent customer service skills you will be rewarded with a competitive salary and bonus structure. You will receive leads for the Personal Bankers and Customer Advisers within the branch on a daily basis and you will be expected to convert these to mortgage sales as well as providing advise on the relevant insurance and protection products.
