Our client are alarge public sector organisation who require a Project Manager to join an expanding Capital Planning team. This is an ideal opportunity for an individual qualified to a degree standard or equivalentwho comes from a construction/surveying or engineering background and who hasproject management experience.
The right candidate will be required to provide a multi-disciplined Planning & Project Management service to our client. Working on the planning, development and execution of projects comprising: new builds, major and minor extensions, alterations and refurbishments.
You will have experience of leading capital projects, sourcing, appointing and leading design teams and a proven track record of delivering complex projects to agreed cost, time and quality targets.
Competent in the use of MS Office and familiar with Autocad would be an advantage.
